🟢 Savoury Pack Upgrades

Add lean protein and vegetables to your savoury packs.

Example combinations

Option 1
• Chicken or king prawns
• Broccoli and peppers

Option 2
• Lean turkey mince
• Cauliflower rice and spinach

These additions increase protein and fibre while keeping carbohydrates controlled.


🟢 Sweet Pack Upgrades

Porridge

Stir in:

• 150g 0% Greek yoghurt
• 1 tablespoon flaxseed
• Small handful of berries

Adds protein, fibre and natural sweetness.


Shakes

Blend with:

• Greek yoghurt
• Spinach
• Berries

A simple way to increase nutrients and support fullness.


Pancakes
