3️⃣ Once their order is successfully completed, £20 in New You Points will be added to your account

Points can then be used on future orders from the All Products range.

📧 Using Your Referral Dashboard

Every customer has a referral account linked to their New You login.

To refer a friend:

• Log into your New You account
• Go to Referrals Dashboard
• Enter your friend’s email address
• Your friend will receive an invitation containing your referral details

📨 Sharing Your Registered Email

You can also refer a friend by sharing the email address registered to your New You account.

When your friend places their first order they should enter your email during registration or checkout so the referral can be linked to your account.

📘 Sharing on Facebook

You can also recommend the plan on social media.

To share via Facebook:

• Log into your New You account
• Go to Recommend a Friend
• Click Share your referral code on Facebook

🎁 Your Referral Reward

Once your friend completes their first successful order, £20 in New You Points will be added to your account.

Points can be used during checkout.

Example:

£20 in points → minimum basket value of £21.

❓ Common Questions

When do I receive my points?

Referral points are awarded after the referred customer's first order has been successfully completed and not refunded or cancelled.

How many friends can I refer?

There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer, provided all referrals are genuine new customers.

Can I use referral points with promotional codes?

Referral points cannot be used alongside discount codes or promotional offers.

What if my friend cancels or returns their order?

If the referred order is cancelled or refunded, the referral points may be removed.

⚠️ Programme Rules

To keep the programme fair:

• Referrals must be genuine new customers
• Only one referral reward per new customer order
• Referral points cannot be exchanged for cash
• Referral points cannot be transferred between accounts
• Points must be used in a single transaction

🚫 Self-Referrals

Self-referrals are not permitted.

This includes:

• Creating multiple accounts
• Referring yourself
• Referrals from the same household or delivery address

Accounts suspected of misuse may have referral rewards removed or restricted.

The New You Plan reserves the right to review, cancel or remove referral rewards where programme abuse is suspected.
