New You Points are our way of rewarding customers for their loyalty and participation in the New You community.

Points can be earned through activities such as:

• Referring friends
• Participating in community challenges
• Diet For Free rewards

Points are automatically added to your account when earned.

💰 What Are Points Worth?

Points can be used as a discount on future purchases.

Example:

• £1 in points = £1 discount

You can view your current points balance in your account dashboard.

🛒 How to Use Your Points

To redeem your points:

1️⃣ Add products to your basket
2️⃣ Proceed to checkout
3️⃣ Click Apply Points

Points will be deducted from your order total.

Your basket value must exceed the value of the points you wish to use.

Example:

£20 in points → minimum basket value of £21.

⚠️ Important

• Points can only be used on items within the All Products range
• Points cannot be used on bundles
• Points cannot be used alongside promotional codes or discounts
• All points must be used in a single transaction
• Points cannot be transferred between accounts
