Keep It Simple

Hydration is essential during Total Focus.

Aim for:

Spread intake evenly across the day.


🟢 What You Can Have

• Water
• Black tea
• Black coffee
• Sweeteners in moderation (avoid powdered varieties)

Drinks containing milk do not count towards your water target.


🟢 Why It Matters

In the first few days, your body adjusts to reduced calories.

You may experience:

• Fatigue
• Lightheadedness

Increasing water often reduces these symptoms quickly.
