🔹 On Total Focus

Use:

Total Food Replacement products only
4 packs per day
No conventional food

Keep it simple.

Everything your body needs is already built into the products.


🔹 On Sprint

You may use:

• VLCD packs
• Total packs
• Or a mix of both

Structure remains the same:

4 packs per day
5 packs if over 17 stone

VLCD packs create a larger calorie deficit.

Total packs provide slightly higher calories and increased satiety.

Consistency matters more than the exact mix.


🔹 On Reset

During Reset:

• Continue 4 packs per day
• Upgrade 2 meals using lean protein + fibre
