Commitment Over Perfection

Week one can feel strange.

You may feel like you’re battling old habits.

Old comforts.
Old patterns.

This is not self punishment.

You are not doing this from self hate.

You are doing this because you want to feel better.

Have a clear reason for starting.

Your health.
Your confidence.
Your summer plans.
Your future self.

You may feel:

• Tired
• Headachy
• Slightly irritable

This is normal adjustment.

Keep your calendar light.
Go to bed early.
Drink your water.

Week one is about getting it done — not doing it perfectly.

Even if you wobble, continue.
