What To Do If Something Isn’t Right

If there’s an issue with your delivery, don’t worry — we’re here to help.

Below are the most common delivery concerns and what to do next.


🟢 My Parcel Hasn’t Arrived

Most deliveries arrive within 1–3 working days from dispatch.

If your parcel has not arrived:

1ļøāƒ£ Check your Dispatch Confirmation email
2ļøāƒ£ Use the tracking link provided
3ļøāƒ£ Check your spam folder if you can’t find the email
4ļøāƒ£ Confirm the delivery address on your order

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.

If your parcel is significantly delayed, contact our support team.


🟢 My Tracking Says Delivered But I Haven’t Received It

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered:

• Check any safe place locations
• Check with neighbours
• Check your DPD Pickup Shop (if applicable)
• Check any delivery instructions you may have selected

If you selected DPD Leave Safe, the parcel may have been left in the agreed location.

If you are still unable to locate it, contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.


🟢 I Missed My Delivery

DPD:
Your parcel may be redirected to a Pickup Shop or rescheduled via the DPD app.

Parcelforce:
You may:

• Reschedule delivery
• Arrange delivery to a neighbour
• Collect from your local Post Office

Check your tracking link for the available options.


🟢 My Parcel Is Damaged

If your parcel arrives damaged:

• Take clear photos of the outer box
• Take photos of the affected products
• Keep all packaging

Email the photos to:

🟢 An Item Is Missing From My Order

If something is missing:

• Check your packing slip
• Confirm your order details in your account
• Contact us with your order number

• Take a photo
• Contact us with your order number

We will advise on the correct next steps.
