GF – Gluten Free

Ketosis
A metabolic state where the body begins using stored fat as its primary fuel source.
Ketosis Breath
A temporary side effect sometimes experienced during ketosis.
Mr K / Keto Fairy
A playful term some members use to describe the moment they believe they have entered ketosis.

MRP – Meal Replacement Product
A product designed to replace a single meal rather than the entire daily diet.

NYP – New You Plan
The structured weight loss and lifestyle programme.

Pack
A single New You product used as part of your daily structure (shake, meal, soup, bar etc).

RDA – Recommended Daily Allowance
The recommended daily intake of vitamins and minerals.

Sprint
A structured fat-loss phase using packs with limited flexibility.
SS – Secret Slimmers
The private New You Plan Facebook support community.
Switch
A flexible lifestyle approach designed for long-term balance and maintenance.
T
TDR – Total Diet Replacement
A nutritionally complete formula designed to replace the entire daily diet when used as directed.
TFR – Total Food Replacement
A nutritionally complete meal replacement used within structured phases such as Total Focus.
Total Focus
A fully structured phase using Total Food Replacement products only.
TOTM – Time of the Month
The female menstrual cycle, which may temporarily affect water retention or weight fluctuations.
Transition
The gradual move from focused fat loss back to balanced eating after reaching goal weight.

VLCD – Very Low Calorie Diet
A structured diet providing a significantly reduced calorie intake.
