Import Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the UK or Ireland may be subject to:

We operate from two warehouses.

Northern Ireland Warehouse

Handles:

England Warehouse

Handles:

• Mainland UK orders

During busy periods, the Northern Ireland warehouse may assist with UK dispatch to prevent delays.

📦 Dispatch of Orders

Orders placed before 3pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day.

Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays.

While we make every effort to dispatch orders quickly, same-day dispatch cannot always be guaranteed.

📦 Tracking Your Parcel

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive:

• A Dispatch Confirmation email
• A tracking number
• A live tracking link

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to activate.

You can also view tracking information in your account dashboard.

If you cannot find your dispatch email, please check your spam folder for the subject line:

“Your order has left the building.”

DPD provides flexible delivery options including:

✔ Delivery to a neighbour
✔ Redirect to a DPD Pickup Shop
✔ Reschedule delivery via the DPD App

By selecting DPD you agree to Leave Safe options if chosen.

📦 Parcelforce Delivery

Parcelforce provides secure delivery with a signature required.

Features include:

✔ Tracking updates
✔ One-hour delivery window
✔ Signature required on delivery

If you are not available:

• Delivery may be rescheduled
• The parcel may be left with a neighbour
• The parcel may be sent to your local Post Office
