ā€œWhich products should I choose?ā€

The good news is — there is no complicated answer.

All New You products are designed to work within the structure of the plan.

Your job is simply to choose the flavours and formats you enjoy most.

Shakes, meals, soups and bars all count as a pack.

Consistency matters more than variety.


🟢 The Two Types of Packs

You may notice two different types of products.

Total Diet Replacement Packs

These are nutritionally complete when used as directed.

They contain:

• Complete vitamins and minerals
• Balanced protein
• Fibre
• Around 200 calories per pack

They are used in:

• Total Focus
• Sprint (optional)


VLCD Packs

These are lower calorie products designed for structured weight loss phases.

They typically contain around:

• 130–150 calories per pack

They still contain key nutrients and protein but are not classed as Total Diet Replacement on their own.

They are most commonly used in:

• Sprint

When choosing products, focus on:

• Flavours you enjoy
• Variety to prevent boredom
• Packs that suit your routine

Some people prefer shakes.

All options work.
